Ark Showers' commitment to your privacy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.

What information is collected:
As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:
- Name
- Shipping/Billing Address
- Email address
- Phone number
We do not handle your credit card information. Instead you are taken to a third party payment solutions provider (PayPal) for payment processing.

How that information is used:
The information you provide is used to enable us to fill your order or contact you if we need further information regarding an order. We may send you an occasional (no more than four a year) email marketing Ark Showers' own products but we will never give out your personal details without getting your express permission beforehand and we will never sell or pass customer information to third parties.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
