All our shower screens cost $399 plus $79 shipping to mainland US. We are confident you won't find anything of comparable quality (glass thickness, construction and finish) for this price. 10.25% sales tax is applicable for Illinois purchases only - purchases shipped out of Illinois incur no sales tax.

Unlike most retailers we have decided to keep our pricing as simple as possible - all our products cost $399. We like this approach because it is transparent to you, and straight forward for us. We don't plan to offer 'sale' prices, coupons or anything else; what you see is what you get! Sometimes we have shower screens in damaged boxes - we will not ship these (even if we are out of stock) but we will sell them at a discount to customers who wish to collect them.
Payment
You can purchase on line using the shopping cart. We use PayPal Merchant Services for secure payment processing - we do not see any of your payment information. You are also welcome to purhcase by check but please allow time for it to clear our account before we ship to you.
Shipping
We normally ship using UPS Ground service to mainland US. If you purchase a shower screen which is in stock we normally ship it within one business day and shipping normally takes between one and four business days, depending on ZIP code. If the model you purchase is on back order we will keep you updated of when you can expect to receive it when we get new information. We will ship it as soon as it becomes available, normally the same day. We don't charge anything for handling. You can also collect from us by arrangement for no additional charge.
Damages
Occasionally things go wrong during shipping and damages result. As a condition of sale, we kindly ask our customers to inspect their new shower screen package when it arrives for signs of shipping damage and to inspect the shower screen itself as soon as the box is opened. Any sign of damage should be photographed using a higher resolution digital camera (3MP or above) and emailed to info@arkshowers.com so we can rectify the situation. This helps us to identify the cause of damages and where possible, recoup the replacement cost to keep the selling price down to $399! Thank you for your cooperation.
Returns
We offer a 30 day refund policy. Provided the shower door has not been removed from the packaging you can return it within 30 days of delivery and we'll cheerfully give you a full refund less shipping costs. Please contact us for further details.
